1. Who you're buying from

These products are sold by Pernille Ravnkilde, trading as Pure Pernille, of Frederiksborgvej 15, 1, 3200 Helsinge, Denmark.

You can reach us at hello@purepernille.com and we answer within two to three working days.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to everything bought through purepernille.com. Placing an order means you accept them, which is why the checkout asks you to confirm before you pay.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law. Where a term conflicts with those rights, the law wins and the rest of these terms still stand.

3. What you're buying

Digital products: guides, meal plans, training programs and similar files, delivered as downloads. Nothing physical is shipped.

Some products are custom plans, where you complete a questionnaire after purchase and receive a plan prepared for you. Those take longer than a download, and the product page says how long.

Product pages describe what's included as accurately as we can. We may improve or correct a file after publication; you keep access to the current version.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No fees are added afterwards.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

If a price is displayed incorrectly through an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We'll tell you if that happens.

5. How your order is made

Choosing a product and paying is your offer to buy. The contract exists once we confirm your order by email. That email is your receipt, so keep it.

We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if we can't take payment, or if we have good reason to think it's fraudulent.

6. Getting your files

Download links arrive by email, normally within a minute or two of paying. Links stay valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads each.

If they expire or run out, write to us and we'll issue new ones. Your purchase doesn't disappear because a link did.

Save the files somewhere safe when you get them. They're yours to keep, on your own device, for as long as you want them.

7. Your right to cancel, and why you're asked to waive it

EU law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase, for any reason at all.

For downloads there's an exception, and it only applies if you actively agree to it, which is why the checkout asks. By ticking that box you ask us to make your files available straight away, and you accept that your right to cancel ends once the download of that order begins, or 14 days from purchase, whichever comes first.

Until you start downloading, the right is still yours. You can cancel using the withdrawal form linked below, and we'll refund you in full within 14 days using the same payment method.

If you'd rather keep the full 14 days, don't tick the box. Write to us instead and we'll arrange the order a different way.

8. Our own promise, on top of the law

Waiving the statutory right doesn't leave you with nothing. If a guide genuinely isn't what you expected, write within 14 days of buying and we'll make it right, up to and including a full refund.

That's our choice, not a legal obligation, and we'd rather have someone happy than hold on to the purchase price.

9. If something is wrong with what you bought

A file that won't open, the wrong product, a link that fails, or something not as described. That is a separate right and no checkbox affects it. Write to us and we'll repair it, replace it, or refund you.

Email hello@purepernille.com with your order number and what went wrong.

10. Your account

You can buy without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

You can delete your account at any time. See our data-deletion page. We may suspend an account that's being used to share purchased files or that shows signs of fraud.

11. What you may and may not do with the files

Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files yourself. You may print them and keep copies on your own devices.

You may not resell, republish, share publicly, upload them elsewhere, or use them to train an AI model. You may not use them commercially (for example to coach paying clients) without written permission.

The content, photography and design remain ours. Buying a guide doesn't transfer copyright in it.

12. Health disclaimer

Our products offer general fitness and nutrition guidance. They are not medical advice and no individual assessment has been made of you.

Consult a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, particularly with existing conditions, injuries, an eating disorder history, or during pregnancy. Stop and seek advice if something hurts.

You follow the guidance at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions.

13. Our liability

We're responsible for loss we cause by failing to meet these terms or by lack of reasonable care, but not for loss that wasn't foreseeable at the time you bought.

We don't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Where liability can be limited, it's limited to what you paid for the product concerned.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal reasons, or when what we sell changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you bought.

The date at the foot of this page tells you when it last changed.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, and you can bring proceedings in the Danish courts. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Most things are settled in one email.

If we can't resolve it, you can take it to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Klageløsning (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg; kfst.dk), or to your own national consumer authority. The EU's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints.
