By purchasing a digital product you agree that delivery starts immediately, and you acknowledge that the statutory EU right of withdrawal lapses once the download is made available.

That said — we stand behind our products. If a guide genuinely isn't what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right, up to and including a refund.
